basically, it is a letter of recommendation.
you can get this letter from your Church, your previous school or from a community leader (chief, mayor, councillor)
what is expected of the letter?
well, nothing much, it is almost exactly like that recommendation letter you know, but 1 thing for sure: it must have an official stamp
